Some things can’t be fixed in therapy.
  Systemic injustice, ecological destruction, war, and so much more. There are also personal struggles – such as chronic illness, physical pain, or intractable issues – that therapy cannot fully resolve.

ACT is a transformative version of CBT that adds a weath of  innovative tools and strategies; these are especially helpful in dealing with deeply distressing issues where resolution is not straightforward or predictable.

ACT tools increase your capacity to face difficulties, focus on your values, and take purposeful steps towards what matters most to you.

ACT can help you build life that feels meaningful, no matter the circumstances. With ACT, you’ll learn to be more grounded, more effective, and more authentic when dealing with the tough stuff.
