Join us to nurture your well-being and happiness in a supportive and restorative environment. Learn stress reduction skills whose benefits are supported by robust research. Each session includes self-care, gentle movement, group discussion, mindfulness meditation, and connection with nature. Mindfulness practices, particularly those conducted in nature, can have a profoundly positive effect on our overall well-being.
About the facilitator: Rain is a psychotherapist in private practice with 18 years’ experience leading groups in indoor and outdoor settings. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and is a long-time student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. She believes that, even in the most difficult times, we can connect with joy and peace through present-moment awareness.
